I experimented with Sailor Manyo Nadeshiko in a Pilot Vanishing Point Twilight with a broad nib and the shading is sooo quite! This ink can be rather light in the lighter part of the shading, but the paper showed the shading without problems. In general, I like this note pad. The only thing I would alter is the paper ruling, simply because I prefer dot grid paper.
